Terms of delivery

Once your purchase has been validated, we will carefully prepare your order.

❖ In delivery
The Colissimo/Happy Poste shipping rate varies depending on the weight and destination of the package containing the
buyer's order.
Orders will be sent by Colissimo or Happy Poste to the delivery address indicated by the buyer when placing the order. If the package is returned to the seller (for
reasons independent of the seller), a second delivery will be made at the customer's expense.
The seller will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by email.
The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Studio Tagada. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the
delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any reservation must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport.

Exchange and refund policy

❖ Poster Hooxperience
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right.
withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
This right of withdrawal must be exercised by the buyer unequivocally.
The product must be returned new and in their original packaging and condition, in which case the customer cannot benefit from this right of withdrawal.

Orders will be sent by Colissimo or Happy Poste to the delivery address indicated by the buyer when placing the order. If the parcel is returned to the seller (for reasons beyond the seller's control), a
second delivery will be made at the customer's expense.
The seller may provide the purchaser with a tracking number for the parcel by e-mail.
